Audio requirements, backline needs, and configuration details for fly dates — all configurations.

Fly dates apply to all configurations — full band, trio, and solo. When flying, the venue/promoter provides audio, backline, and local transportation. Confirm configuration and requirements during advance.

Fly Date Audio Requirements

When not traveling with full production rig, the following audio gear must be provided locally. Requirements scale with configuration — confirm specifics during advance.

Backline Requirements

Required for all fly date configurations. The team is flexible on specific brands/models as long as gear is professional quality and functional.

  • Drum kit: DW, Yamaha Custom Maple, or equivalent professional kit
  • Bass rig: Aguilar preferred; Ampeg or equivalent acceptable
  • Various stands as specified on input list

Solo and trio configurations have reduced backline needs — confirm during advance.

Fly Date Transportation
  • Team flies commercially
  • Ground transportation needed: airport to venue/hotel and return
  • Runner with 15-passenger van (or similar) appreciated for show day
  • Trio/solo may ship gear ahead (upright bass case, pedal boards, gear bag)
  • Full band fly dates: all backline, audio, and lighting provided locally per rider
Support Configuration

For support dates, Molly's team does not travel with engineers and relies on the headliner's or venue's audio team.

  • Console for support act (details on input list)
  • IEMs preferred if available; wedges as fallback
  • Mic package and cabling per input list
