Questions for venue (during advance):
Lighting plot/patch sheet needed day of show (paper copy preferred). Are drive lines copper or ethernet? (SACN or Artnet)
LED / IMAG / Video

When venues have in-house video wall / video crew, Molly's team can provide static logo content or other video content. Please advise during advance if video elements are available.

Risers & Soft Goods

Standard Configuration (2-Riser)

  • (2) 8' x 8' x 1' risers with step, all with black skirting
  • See stage plot for placement

Expanded Configuration (3-Riser, Larger Stages)

  • (3) 8' x 8' x 1' risers with step and black skirting
  • If venue has an additional 8' x 8' available, team will send updated stage plot

Soft Goods

  • Typically tour with gold curtains as backdrop
  • May not hang for outdoor shows or co-bill configurations
  • Confirm during advance
FOH & Stage Power
  • FOH: (2) 120V quad drops needed for Audio and LX
  • Stage: Specific power drops detailed on stage plot. Self-contained besides stage power.
Labor
  • 4-6 hands/house techs needed at load-in and load-out
  • Confirm hands/house techs available for changeover
  • Heavy wheeled road cases may require additional crew or forklift for push
  • Some cases may need to be stacked/downstacked — have crew or fork ready
Gear Push / Load-In
  • Bus/trailer must stay parked in one location all day — do not interrupt driver's sleep hours
  • Most/all gear in heavy wheeled road cases — significant crew needed if no forklift or box truck available
  • Double-wide case needs to make its way to FOH
Please advise on: Cross-loading availability, ramps or obstacles, dock access / forklift availability
Schedule Requirements
  • Typically need 1.5-2 hours on deck to get spiked, line checked, etc.
  • Will stage as much as possible before deck time to maximize efficiency
  • Need to push audio / tune FOH during soundcheck
Transportation

Tour Dates (Bus + Trailer)

  • 1 tour bus + 1 trailer
  • Need designated parking that accommodates both
  • Bus stays in one spot all day (driver sleep)

Fly dates: See Fly Dates / Backline section.

RF Coordination
  • 18+ channels of RF
  • Frequency ranges provided once audio order is finalized
  • Please coordinate with other acts on bill for RF management
